FAQ for the rendering machines:

1. Whether the machine could be used for the external wall and ceiling?

No, it couldn’t at present. We are still working on it. It will coming soon!

2.  Whether the hollow and cracking could happen?

Hollows can be avoided because there are three vibrators behind the mortar tank. It creats high pressure to the wall when machine works. And watering before rendering the wall can avoid cracking.

3. How about the finishing effect? Whether it is smooth?

The finishing effect is definitely smooth, no hollow, no cracking. The difference is less than 2mm.

4- How many people need to operate the machine effectively? What is their division of labor?

Normally 3 people are enough to operate the machine, two people operate the machine and one person is in charge of small area repairing.

5. How do we use the machine on walls with openings such as windows and doors? Can it be done with the machine or do we have to do it manually?

All models of machines can definitely render the area which is below and above window.

6. How is the machine cleaned after use?

Just use the water to flush it, the machine will clean automatically.

7- What is the life for the m/c?

3-5 years at normal use

Our Boss, Dr. Jim Zheng, who is the rendering industry opener, exported the rendering machine to oversea in 2006. That’s the first case globally.

After that Jim devoted himself to this industry, under his leadership, we developed more than 10 models during the past. We have to admitted that the machine in early stage still not perfect due to technology level that time, but we keep improving.

Take an example, in the initial stage, we need to pedal again and again to let the machine works, that is tired work after one day, then we improved it to electric hydraulic one and no need pedal, that is to say,once you press the button, the machine will climb up automatically! So easy!

Another example, the previous models in early stage, the workers need to add mortar again and again during its climbing up - it is tired work also after one day. Then we improved it with a big tank to contain more mortar, the machine can go up with full mortar and no need to add mortar again and again!

One more example, the previous models in early stage is made by Welding, which made the machine is not stable enough, and we improved to Germany Laser system to make the machine more stable.

One more example,it is not convenient to wash and clean the previous models, and we improved to just use the water to flush it and the machine will clean automatically.
